Habit Tracking - My Stats Over The Last 12 Weeks

I've been using this app called Way of Life to help track some of my reformed habits in 2016. I started the program after a friend introduced the technology to me right before the new year and I thought it would fit perfectly into my new years resolution of being the "best version of myself." I bought the premium version of the app which allows me to track as many habits as I want (free version tracks up to 3 habits) which has helped paint a more complete picture of my daily trends and activities.

While the system has statistics and trend analysis, it's not the best when it comes to customized data sets. You can't track your performance's based on days of the week (i.e. How do I perform on Tuesdays vs. Fridays?) and you can't set the time frame (i.e. from Jan 1 - March 31). Therefore, I've given some quick snapshots of my progress over the last 12 weeks on a few items. The trend line of all activities is slightly negative due to a few rough weeks from vacation and refusal to drink enough water, but I'm aiming to raise the trend over the next few weeks. 

Green is a check mark for completing the activity, Red is an omission of that daily activity. 

The habits that I track include:

  • Meditating for 15 minutes a day
  • Writing 750 words a day in free form
  • Practicing Spanish
  • Practicing French
  • Exercising
  • Flossing
  • Drinking Alcohol (Positive (Green) for not drinking) 
  • Drinking Water (3L / day)
  • 1 Second Every Day (Video capturing App)
